POLÍTICA DE TROCAS, DEVOLUÇÕES E CANCELAMENTOS

1) Direito de arrependimento (7 dias)
Você pode desistir da compra em até 7 dias corridos após o recebimento do produto, conforme o artigo 49 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
Para isso, entre em contato com a nossa equipe pelo e-mail comercial@mvnet.com.br ou pelo telefone (11) 3447-3437, informando o número do pedido.
O produto deve ser devolvido completo, com seus acessórios e, se possível, na embalagem original, sem sinais de mau uso.
A MVNET arca com o frete de devolução e informa como fazer o envio.
Após recebermos e conferirmos o produto, devolvemos o valor total pago, incluindo o frete da compra, na mesma forma de pagamento usada no pedido.

2) Troca por outro produto
Se quiser trocar por outro modelo, fale com a nossa equipe dentro do mesmo prazo de 7 dias. A diferença de preço, se houver, será ajustada no novo pedido.

3) Produto com defeito
Se o produto apresentar defeito, entre em contato conosco. Ele será analisado e, conforme o artigo 18 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, reparado em até 30 dias. Se não for possível reparar nesse prazo, você pode escolher entre a troca por um produto igual, a devolução do valor pago ou o abatimento proporcional do preço.
Os prazos de garantia estão na página "Tempo de Garantia".

4) Cancelamento antes do envio
Pedidos ainda não despachados podem ser cancelados a qualquer momento, com devolução integral do valor pago.

5) Clientes pessoa jurídica
Empresas com inscrição estadual devem emitir nota fiscal de devolução (ou de remessa para troca ou conserto) ao enviar o produto. Clientes pessoa física não precisam emitir nota.
